1) Who we are

2) What we sell
We sell books and related educational materials. Our content is not medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice. See our Disclaimer.

3) Orders & payment
We may refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, bulk/resale). Prices shown in EUR incl. VAT where applicable. Non-EU customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes charged by customs.

4) Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on physical receipt of the goods. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid duties, or refusal, re-shipping costs are yours.

5) Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
You may withdraw within 14 days after delivery—no reason needed. Email us at [email] before returning.

  • Return window: send items back within 14 days after notifying us.
  • Condition: handle items only as needed to check their nature/qualities. If used or damaged, we may deduct for diminished value. Please return with all components and protective wrapping.
  • Costs: you pay return shipping.
  • Refunds: we refund within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return), to the original payment method. We refund the product price and the cheapest standard outbound shipping option (not express upgrades).

6) Exceptions

  • Personalized items (e.g., signed/dedicated books at your request) are not returnable.
  • Digital products (e-books/downloads): non-returnable once access/download starts. By purchasing, you request immediate access and expressly agree you’ll lose the 14-day withdrawal right once performance begins (a checkbox will confirm this at checkout).

7) Damaged or faulty items
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Your statutory 2-year legal guarantee on lack of conformity applies; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as required by law.

8) Use of our site & IP
Website content and book content are protected by copyright. No scraping, republication, or resale without written permission.

9) Liability
We’re liable only for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or your non-waivable consumer rights.

10) Law & disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Please contact us first—we aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

11) Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted at checkout at the time of your order applies to that order.
