1) Processing time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. This may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or book launches.

2) Shipping methods & costs
We ship from Belgium (or via a trusted fulfillment partner). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and selected shipping method.

3) Delivery times
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Most EU deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch; international orders may take longer. Please note that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

4) Customs & import duties
For orders outside the EU, local taxes, customs duties, and handling fees may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.

5) Lost or delayed shipments
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays are outside of our control. If a package appears lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Please allow sufficient time before reporting a missing parcel.

6) Incorrect addresses & returns
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
